Ingredients: Fish powder, Calcium, Fish gelatin – capsule, Anti-caking agent (Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids), Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol), Vitamin K (Menachinone 7).

Recommended Daily Intake:  It is recommended to take 2 capsules per day. Take 1 capsule twice daily, during a meal, with water.

Vitamin D:  Before use, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the doctor or pharmacist.
